And for a tech company the support is utterly poor. 30 min asynchronous chat. They come post and they move on. While the customer has to keep the chat open for ever so not to miss the GODS of @UltrahumanCare else we lost our window is talking sense into them

They’ve made me do all kind of gymnastics with the @UltrahumanHQ ring and finally saying the battery is draining fast when the battery was 100% charged This is like a dog chasing its tail, going in circles

When the run itself is not working, the team is doing a soft reset. Great piece of engineering. I wonder how they are going to reset when the ring is dead. Magical powers?
