They seem to be reading out boilerplate responses off a sheet of paper, with no real intentions of addressing the problems. If this is going to be escalated, please have someone approach me that has some actual problem-solving capabilities.

I still was courteous to him, asking about the possibility of getting a refund for the payment made, to which his reply was that it was not possible because I did not provide any information about it 24 hours prior to check-in.

@TreeboClub I just spoke to your exec earlier this morning. The best result he could give me was that expecting a refund was out of the question, and that I should have informed about the modifications 24 hours before the check-in time.

They weren't ready to address the issue at all, even after telling them that it was an honest mistake. It almost seems like they are trained to treat everyone like they are scammers, which was how they made me feel with this whole incident.

It is yet to be dispatched. When i sent someone to that address provided by them , the facility doesnt exist. Its an industrial area .

Hey @OnePlus_IN, your customer service is terrible. I have not received an update on the repair of my device (which I handed over to the pickup service on 21st May 2024). Calling the customer service and complaint service lines has only left me with boilerplate responses. 1/8
