@IndiGo6E Also as per @DGCAIndia refreshments are to be provided as the passengers get hungry during the delay. Here there was a delay of more than 4 hours yet no refreshments were provided. @IndiGo6E is extremely unprofessional. 6E6154 was a nightmare.

@IndiGo6E Extremely unprofessional approach. 6E 6154 CCU-HYD has been delayed 4 times and is now currently delayed by 3.5 hours. Such uncertainty is absolutely not acceptable. You need to plan things better considering customers who are paying you. Respect our time. Compensate!!!
