@zachmstuck One way or the other, there’ll be more than 10 people involved with your business. Maybe not on your payroll, but you’ll pay for them under other fees such as marketing agencies, pick/pack and etc

I truly believe you can build a nine-figure DTC business with less than 10 full-time employees. Low OPEX is underrated. Hire agencies for: - Retention (email+sms) - Dev/CRO - Customer Service Hire freelancers for: - Design - Video Editing Ideally use 3PLs for FBA/fulfillment.

Realise that 24 hour blocks is the WORST day to digest data You will perform far better Remember, its a marathon, not a sprint!

@andrewjfaris I'm getting way better results from a CBO interest stack the last several weeks. A+ and broad were performing significantly worse. I don't think its a waste of time to find what works for you.

Sometimes I see or hear about interest or lookalike targeting still happening in a Meta account, and it just shocks me. It's not so much a problem as it is a waste of time and effort. Look elsewhere for your answers.

Can anyone think of anything that changed on the 3rd/4th of April that could have broken tracking? Impacting both Google and Facebook but no changes to GTM or to the website. Architecture side? Sunset of a php version? New consent rollout?
