@coventrycc who on earth plans your roadworks? They need re training or sacking! You shut this road for 7 weeks during the summer for a pointless bike lane which I have used but goes nowhere! Why didn’t you plan these works at the same time #rant #moreroadworks

@btbusinesscare Finally in the phone to Bt been on it for 60 mins now still can’t find out what is going on! Communication is shocking ! Openreach came yesterday said we needed a new router and ordered it, told us to chase up today ! Oh it’s gone quiet are they still there?
