@UPS useless customer service. Parcel was supposed to arrive yesterday - it didnt. Tried providing instructions to driver by requesting call back. Promised one within an hour but of course didn't receive one (that was 14 hours ago).

@lookfantastic I'm trying to get hold of you to provide delivery instructions. You use EVRI (the WORST courier) and they will not find my address so it is really important this info is passed on today as it's now out for delivery.

@ao I have a large appliance item being delivered tomorrow and need to provide delivery instructions as my new build address doesn't show up on maps. Disappointing there is no live chat function on your website. Are you able to do this/pass info onto courier?

@EnfieldCouncil how do you not have an email address on your website? I have sent 2 requests on your live chat re me moving out and needing to cancel my council tax with no reply. Low and behold you have just gone and charged me again.
