Arizona State School Superintendent @RealTomHorne urged lawmakers to continue efforts to
1) fund school resource officers,
2) eliminate DEI requirements, and
3) raise teacher pay in his annual State of Education address on Tuesday.

We are.
We’re parents of ESA students and we want you to start with ESA because the fraud people claim is almost nonexistent. After that, look at the public school system where the real misuse of taxpayer dollars is happening. Taxpayers will support school choice over forcing kids into the public school system. The money should follow the student.

FACT: Arizona's ESA program operates under maximum transparency, with every dollar accounted for and misused funds repaid.
Meanwhile, billions of our tax dollars continue to be dumped into the failing public school system with the most minimal transparency and oversight.

He said the bar did not get a notice to him on time about a hearing, so that's the only reason he missed it. He lives in California and has only ever handled three cases in Arizona. He said he was warned by the bar that if he did not drop a case, he would be disbarred. He said both Sens. Wendy Rogers and Mark Finchem have called on the DOJ to investigate the bar.
