@NespressoUK I’ve been waiting for my Nespresso order capsules for 2 weeks. 2 separate people have looked at my order and said there was an issue and they’ve reordered it but I still haven’t had any dispatch info. Can you help?

@UberUKsupport please can you help. Our food has been ready at the restaurant for 30 mins and no driver has picked it up. We aren’t allowed to collect it ourselves says the restaurant. We just want our food asap. It’s eta is 70 mins delayed

@UberEats @Uber_Support so the restaurant says the food is ready and has been for ages but there is no one to pick it up. We offered to pick it up and they said they can’t do that as they won’t get paid. PLEASE can you respond and get someone to our order ASAP.
