@asda @AsdaServiceTeam and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still nothing. Last week I ended up ordering from Tesco instead. I’m not going to sit here hoping my payment might eventually go through. I pay for a delivery pass a terrible way to treat customers.

@ThreeUK can you explain why a complaint to you lasting a few months resulted in 7 yes 7 missed payments on @Experian when the case was ongoing? After all the threatening letters the bill was settled reluctantly but I'm the bad guy with a bad credit score? Please help

Hi Lisa, I can see this booking was cancelled online on the 11th November, so we would advise to speak with your insurance and they would be able to advise further on any refunds ^Becca Still not helpful

@TUIUK I called in and spoke to a guy. I wanted to add another person too and the response I was given was that I lose 30% then he said oh no 50%. I cried on the phone as was so stressed. My husband is still in hospital. Learning to walk again.
