As the world devolves into anarchy and chaos more and more, you better have a plan to deal with situations like this - especially in urban environments. Some people can not be talked down. Some people just want to watch the world burn. There's often only one way to defend your family in situations like this. But you need to plan and prepare for that before it happens.

I haven't had an active real estate license in over three years and I still get daily texts soliciting brother products or looking for fix and flips. What an annoying fucking industry. Even as a broker I didn't bother people. Everything is built on annoying people into working with you. Loved the work of it though, loved getting the business, doing all the work, closing etc. but FUCK it's an annoying (and a lot unnecessary) industry anymore

I'm introducing the Gas Tax Reduction Act to stop states like California from overtaxing their residents. Our gas tax is the highest in the country yet we drive on the worst roads. I'm also calling on CA lawmakers to suspend the gas tax in its entirety.

I would really love for the people feigning outrage about the SAVE Act to address shit like this. $1,362 for a CCW permit. And this isn't even the most expensive in California. For that, check out SAF's lawsuit against Santa Clara County, where a permit costs $2,000 in total expense.
