@jacobpanas1 @POTUS Trump’s order only applied to a select few drug plans under Medicare. So, unless you were a senior who paid extra to be on the “enhanced part d” plan then you were SOL. Biden’s bill applies $35 cap to ALL Medicare participants even if they haven’t met their deductible.
