What she says here is absolutely true.
Several years ago, a woman who was new to the fight said to me, "Surely, if you explain to a judge in a courtroom what is really going on here, you'll be able to get this fixed?"
No. I explained to her that a US federal judge had at that time recently ruled that a lawyer was not permitted to use the word "male" in court when referring to a male athlete.
A few years before that, a different US federal judge told a different lawyer that the lawyer was not allowed to use the phrase "opposite sex" in court because the judge found the phrase to be "complicated."
It hasn't been like this in every case that's come up in the US, but it has been like this in nearly every one of them, including cases that are being presided over by conservative judges.

I’m a woman who’s an occasional gamer. I was a volunteer mod on Kongregate for about a year.
The female mods discussed on the private mod board about the problems they had with constant pornography links in chat (often disguised with url shortening software). I even talked about it with two mods outside Kongregate, it was such a problem for us. We had to check if the websites were ok, which made me nervous because I had no idea if it was porn or not.
The kicker? Nearly no male mods got porn links. It’s only because they found out we were women that male users tried to harass us. Some female mods quit because of this constant harassment.
These girls know how much males (including transwomen) are arseholes and you, Matty, are proving how much a dick you are.
Let these female gamers have their own space.

So my son interviewed my gay friend for an assignment in school where they were to interview a “member of the LGBTQ community “ .
I thought it would be funny because my friend is no bs person but how the hell is he supposed to hand this in? 😂 I knew it would’ve bad but now he’s transcribing it , it’s so much worse than I thought.. We are debating whether to clean it up for the assignment or leave it and risk his grade but have a laugh. The teacher Is a virtue signaling moron. Not sure what to do now . Here is just one answer he provided 😂

It hasn’t because I’m not part of any community. I’m just a gay man . They just keep adding letters and I don’t even know what some of these letters mean . You know what Q is ? It’s “queer”. I just happen to be gay. My whole life is not me being gay and some flag or letters that mean things that have nothing to do with me . It’s all bullshit .

Ask the critics: ‘What should happen to homeschool parents whose kids can’t read at grade level?’
Then ask: ‘What should happen to the public school system that produced 54% of American adults reading below 6th grade — after trillions spent and compulsory attendance?’
I predict they’d say one needs more funding and the other is extremism.

On Friday, I approached the organizers of the “International Workers Day” protest at Central Park in downtown Davis, CA to ask if they had permits for the amplified music and propane-fueled cook stations.
They said no, so I called the @cityofdavispd business line.
The Davis police officers responded quickly and were extremely professional as always.
My experience in Davis including on the @ucdavis campus and Davis schools is that only far left, anti-America, anti-Israel, pro-trans/queer agenda is allowed. If you have conservative views and support Trump’s administration, you will be assaulted, your signs will be stolen, your car tires slashed, they will come after your family, your friends and your livelihood.
Our city leadership, including city council members, @DJUSD school board, county supervisors have all played a role in creating this mess where far left extremist views are celebrated and conservative views are mocked and censored.
