@shaftdiezel @Bose Good luck returning them. Bose agreed to replace my faulty ones however the @Bose arranged courier lost mine two weeks ago (although the courier tracking says delivered) and they are still investigating. I still have no headphones.

@Bose I am used to purchasing high quality products from you, but these open earbuds ultra are not that. Works well, for music, but the microphone malfunctions on calls. Disappointing waste of money

@bbc5live . What we actually need is responsive mental health teams that exist 24/7 and don't just use the line "they're intoxicated, take them to ED". That's if they're open. CAMHS are even sparser. The work is then picked up by other services at point of crisis. Like the police

Upgrading flights with Enrich points is so bloody confusing. Tried many times and gave up. It only asks you to pay. Doesn't ask for the Enrich points. @MAS

@MAS I already have through email, global contact centre, my partner has a DM on Twitter just a few hours ago. You are still "investigating". You are well over 30 days and are not giving a substantive response and I cannot speak to the "back office" that the contract centre speak of.
