This Apollo 17 photo (AS17-146-22386) taken by mission commander Gene Cernan is particularly interesting, not because there are UAPs or UFOs in it but because we can see the LRV with Jack Schmitt at it and then waaaaaay in the distance, the LM is just a tiny little point of gold.

The Artemis II crew wrapped up their Canadian media tour this week with two distinct appearances in the Montréal area. 🇨🇦🚀 The astronauts first visited the Canadian Space Agency headquarters in Longueuil, participating in an intimate fireside chat with federal employees who had waited three years to greet the crew. On Friday, the tour moved to Place des Arts, where the astronauts shared post-flight insights and fielded questions from a crowd of 3,000 attendees. Keith's note: there are some blatant truths in this piece. The same growing distrust in Europe with regard to the U.S. and @NATO is now expanding into @NASA / @ESA relations. Its our own fault folks. This is no way to treat our friends. We can fix this. Just sayin'. FYI @AschbacherJosef @NASAAdmin

Recent changes to the Artemis architecture signal a rapidly shifting landscape in human space exploration. Decisions to pause Gateway and cancel Mars Sample Return disrupt Europe’s lunar exploration plans, underscoring a broader reality: Europe has become too exposed to decisions beyond its control. Lunar Outpost’s Starweave is a swarm autonomy software layer that enables heterogeneous systems to operate as an autonomous, coordinated fleet across space and Earth domains. Originally developed for @AFResearchLab and @SpaceWERXDOD, Starweave delivers mesh networking, positioning and timing propagation, and autonomous fleet coordination, allowing a single operator to command at the fleet level and oversee thousands of heterogeneous systems working together autonomously. Starweave enables: • Multi‑Domain Operations spanning marine, ground, air, orbital, and planetary environments • Self‑healing fleet architectures • Operations in GPS-denied, extreme, bandwidth‑constrained environments #LunarOutpost #DrivingArtemis #TheNextLeap #SpaceTech #Innovation
