Massive bot farm on Ignition/Bovada. They’ve know about for ages and done nothing. It’s highstakes and this isn’t the entire operation either and they just don’t care. Enough is enough of this shit. (I didn’t create the bot or the video) I don’t think this is happening on other major sites either. It always affects me very negatively to post things but I still do not sure why.

Exciting news for the #FAIRBETAct and the gaming community. The Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, @TomColeOK04, has just co-sponsored my legislation to rightfully restore the tax code for gamers. Nobody should have to pay taxes on phantom income. Let’s get this done.

Holy Sh*t: The FULL fight between a Texans fan and a Rams fan has surfaced online. The Texans fan suffered a broken nose and had to go to the hospital. Many more Rams and Texans fans were involved than previously thought. One of the craziest fights we've ever seen 😳

@tylersportsbets @EVbetsKS E.g., you had 1.1m in wins and 1m in losses, you'd normally pay taxes on 100k. In 2026, you'll pay taxes on if you made 200k. 1.1m - only 900k (not 1m) It also affects recreationals, casinos, jobs, American companies and players. It can be much worse with higher volume.

@tylersportsbets @EVbetsKS Say you're a daily high volume bettor - you make several 100, 200, 500, 1000+ bets a day daily.. it adds up. Normally you can subtract your losses from your wins and pay taxes on what you made. The new law states only 90% can be written off.

@FairBetTracker @termnalguidance They hope to make 1b over ten years whilst if only half the states regulated it could bring in an estimated 30-50b over ten years. Idiocy.

I accidentally had my DMs off since starting this account tracking the Fair Bet Act. I didn't realize I had my DMs completely shut off. Supporters of the Fair Bet movement, my DMs are now open for tips, information, or other Fair Bet Act needs. I have it open to everyone.

The fight to restore the 100% gambling loss tax deduction continues. I’ve introduced the #FAIRBETAct as an amendment to the 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). I strongly encourage the Republicans to make this amendment in order when it goes before the House Rules Committee upon our return to Congress next month.

.@POTUS has broken his promise of delivering lower prices for the American people. Instead, prices have increased on everything from groceries to school supplies.

@DataBasedBets @WaysandMeansGOP @WaysMeansCmte @RepJasonSmith @JasonSmithMO Food for thought - If online poker were legal in Missouri, it could generate $300M/year without raising taxes—creating up to 10,000 jobs. Millions could support farmers through equipment loans and soil grants. But that requires fair taxation. The FAIR BET Act must pass.

🚨 The FAIR BET Act has been referred to @WaysandMeansGOP @WaysMeansCmte What does this mean? @RepJasonSmith @JasonSmithMO (the Chairman of this House Committee) single handedly decides if this bill goes anywhere in the House. He is the most important person for you to reach out to right now. If he refers this bill to the House Subcommittee on Taxation, @MikeKellyPA is the chair of that House Subcommittee and has worked with Rep. Titus as a co-sponsor of two her other gambling bills (“The Discriminatory Gaming Tax Repeal Act” and “The SLOT Act”), which is promising. But realistically, *nothing* can happen without Rep. Smith acting upon this bill. He could just never give the bill a hearing / referral / vote which would effectively kill the bill

@repdinatitus @RepTroyNehls Thanks Troy, Imagine if Texas Hold’em was actually legal in Texas., Online poker could generate $1.5B/year in tax revenue. That’s: $900M for schools $225M for roads $225M for public safety $75M for addiction prevention All from a game the state gave to the world.

@RoKhanna @repdinatitus Ty, no one should pay tax on money they literally didn't win. Please find a republican to sponsor. And while we're at it, bring back PokerStars and MGM online to nevada.

@CMONEYMAKER It's an American pastime played by presidents. - Michigan alone brought in $466M in online gambling tax revenue in 2024. Most of it went to fund public education. Detroit received $118M to support public safety, infrastructure, and economic growth.

I see a lot of people commenting “get a real job” or “you contribute nothing to society” when people are complaining about the BBB. These people may be the nut low. Myself and plenty of pro poker players donate a lot of our time and money to help various causes. What we do also helps others have a job. Dealers floors servers ect. I get non gamblers don’t care about the provision but as gamblers it is a huge issue.
