#SaveUntaintedTeachersWbssc2016 We are citizens of a great nation, under a great Constitution. Governments are formed by highly “qualified” representatives, courts run by so-called “Lords”, and today almost every profession in India overflows with “qualified” people— making one feel as if they’ve entered a grand fair of brilliance! 🤣 Ah, the peace and satisfaction of living in this land— unimaginable to anyone outside! 🤣 One shining example of this peace: WBCSSC 2016 recruitment. 🤣 After nearly 10 years since exams and 6 years of service, the jobs of 25,752 teachers and non-teaching staff have been cancelled! Entire panels across four different categories scrapped — first by the Kolkata High Court’s “renowned Lord” Debangsu Basak’s bench, then by the Supreme Court bench led by ex-CJI Sanjiv Khanna. This, despite the CBI report clearly identifying corruption and transparency separately. 👍🏾 If courts reject India’s top investigation agency’s findings, then either the agency has no purpose, or those rejecting have no right to hold power. How can two opposite truths stand together? 🫡 CBI found some tainted, some clean. But instead of protecting the innocent, the courts invented a bizarre new term — “Not found to be specifically tainted.” What kind of diseased judicial mindset does it take to create this? 🤯 They say: It was institutional corruption, not the candidates’ fault. Yet institutions are safe, no one there faces exams again — while innocent teachers and non-teaching staff must re-sit exams! Meanwhile, the political masterminds behind corruption walk free from jail one by one. Bravo! Justice at its “best”! 🤣 Job-losers openly challenge these so-called Lords: “If you have courage, sit for the exam we give you — pass it first before ruining our lives!” 🫵🏾 Who gave courts the right to play with people’s time, money, respect, family, body, and mind? When it comes to punishing the truly powerful, judges’ hands and mouths go paralyzed. 🤣 And after retirement? Many get rewarded with cushy posts in government — as gifts! Who can believe such judges don’t give biased verdicts to please the parties offering them those posts? 🤣 Are these not “specifically tainted”? I believe they are — only I lack the power to prove it. But who will judge these judges? They snatch away innocent livelihoods, push people toward death and despair. This is what breeds terrorism — no one leaves home by choice! We demand our rightful justice, respect, compensation, and punishment for the truly corrupt behind these unjust verdicts. They are a stain on the nation, a disgrace to humanity. Shame on them.
