@SWexner No need to replace laparoscopy with robot for LC. However, pdt and major liver resections are not intended for laparoscopy. Everything could be done in every way ofc, but lap tools are so clumsy comparing to robot. It’s only matter of money if you don’t have robot-you struggle..
