For those who are not yet aware, I contributed to a community-driven publishing project recently. The short story, Stellar Bond, within the pages of this book, will be my second published work. It's been a privilege to work with all of the authors as this project evolved from a simple idea into the creative work that it is now. Pre-orders are available as noted in the graphic, and in just over a month (several of the authors submitted cover art for consideration, and all authors voted on their favorite), the full cover will be revealed. Paperback release in just over two months. The group effort that brought this idea to life is thanks to numerous fellow authors, including several who did not submit stories. Had it not been for every single person who contributed to the conversation, this work would not be what it is now. I would like to thank every single member of The Fellowship Of The Indie Author who saw potential in this idea and contributed to the effort from its inception. Maybe someday you will get your tribute anthology that you dream of. 😆 I look forward to reading every story in paperback format and being able to display it on my bookshelf right next to my other published work(s). Also, @DelendaStories, thank you for putting together the fantastic graphics for marketing! You were instrumental in the organization of this project.

A signed copy of my book has just been DELIVERED to the artist who's art inspired me to write the story! I can hardly wait to hear the feedback. He saw some of the early draft, but wanted to wait for the book to be in his hands to read the final story.

Here is another chapter ornament for Children of Strife: The Confluence. The horizon shifted, and Proditore Tower emerged, gaunt and black against the bruised sky before dawn, its spires cutting dark silhouettes, its stone walls weathered by a century of frost.

@elonmusk Curious...what if an evacuation is needed? Burying the ship in regolith does add protection, but it eliminates the potential for emergency evacuation. What if the the regolith was used to manufacture parts/blocks for an arch/hangar (then regolith) to cover it? @aurelia_labs
