Hey @Caviar, what gives? The courier is going on the opposite direction. Passed my place and now is pretty far, and the 11 minutes turned into over 30??? Every single time there’s a delay?? Am I going to get my food or should I cancel? Thanks!
@UberEats I’m getting contacted directly by the restaurant because my food is there getting called and waiting to be picked up, and yet the time of arrival on the app keeps getting later and later and no sign of progress. Mind you this was a deliver under 30 min option.. over 40
@TryCaviar at least 5 wrong orders this last month and no refund. It’s impossible to change my email address on the app and no one has reached out from support. Could you please contact me to solve this? Thank you!
