A year later she has degrees from Boston Univ. in international relations and economics and experience. It's a miracle. Muslim Illegal Unleashed Into US by Obama AND Biden Charged With Murdering Own Sister-in-Law in Florida An illegal alien from Bangladesh who was released into the U.S. by the Obama and Biden regimes has been charged in the murder of his sister-in-law in Florida, authorities say. Monica Islam was last seen departing a convenience store where she worked with her brother in Lake County, Florida, in May 2025. Her body was located on a roadside in Mount Dora a short time later. Investigators found Islam’s DNA, a bullet, and other evidence in a car belonging to Akbor Miah, a Bangladeshi national who was using the alias Shahidul Islam. Miah fled to the sanctuary state of New York, where he was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service on May 6, 2026. He was extradited to Florida to face a first-degree murder charge. Additionally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against Miah. Miah was unleashed into the U.S. in 2016, but he was deported in 2019 after being issued a final order of a removal by a federal immigration judge. The Bangladeshi reentered the U.S. in 2022 and was released into the interior under circumstances that remain unclear. “This illegal alien from Bangladesh has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting his own sister-in-law in Florida,” said DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “He then thought he could evade justice by fleeing to the sanctuary state of New York. Thanks to our law enforcement partners, this criminal illegal alien has been arrested and is off our streets.”
