For No to win: a blockbuster Election Day vote in the rurals, exurbs, and red suburbs while big blue localities don't come out as strongly.

It all comes down to Election Day. The final Virginia early vote (nearly, some mail to come) is ~3% redder than 2025.
The Yes team's big, blue localities have to make up for the satellite reductions and keep Election Day vote close enough to win.

After folks laughed at AOC for not knowing vaquero history, I knew Wikipedia would alter their meaning to fit hers, so I took a screenshot, and they finally did rewrite it. Wiki removed vaquero from 'The origins of the vaquero tradition come from Spain...'
