True value for money • AC temperature was comfortable throughout the journey • Closed doors mean safer travel. No footboard risks like local trains • A peaceful commute with no loud music, beggars, hawkers or harassment • No eating allowed inside coaches, which clearly helps keep things clean

One of my relatives bought an Ola scooter. His monthly income is around ₹17,000, so the scooter cost him 6-7 months' income. Just two months later, it got some motor issues. At the service centre, they said the required parts would take time to arrive. Three months have passed, and he's still waiting. It's really sad, he visits the service centre every Sunday in hope, only to be told it will be repaired soon.
