@Strien9 So ist es. #Wirtschaftskompetenz in der deutschen Bundesregierung wäre gerade jetzt so wichtig. Aber die Kompetenzvermutung wird immer kleiner, je näher man dem Scheinriesen Friedrich "Tur Tur" #Merz kommt.

Das zu ändern würde allerdings eine Regierung mit strategischem Weitblick erfordern, und keine rückwärtsgewandte Weiterwurschtel-Truppe, geführt von einem Bettvorleger, der sich für einen Tiger hält

Es mag ja irgendwelche Gründe geben, warum wir der Ukraine trotz pausenloser russischer Angriffe die Taurus zur Verteidigung vorenthalten. Aber die These, man riskiere damit eine weitere Eskalation des Krieges, ist schon lange nicht mehr haltbar. Handeln ist endlich angesagt.

Last night, Donald Trump reportedly demanded that in exchange for finalizing the current ceasefire deal with Iran—the one desperately needed to reopen the Strait of Hormuz—the Gulf states would have to pay a massive premium: immediate normalization with Israel. According to my sources, the ultimatum was met with literal silence. The Arab leaders were so thoroughly stunned by the audacity of the request that Trump actually had to break the silence with a follow-up: “Are you still there?” For months, we have watched a narrative form: Israel deceived the United States into a disastrous war that only empowered Iran. This narrative ignores multiple factors, including but not limited to the fact that it was Trump’s choice, Trump did not follow the Israeli plan, and—perhaps most of all—the presence of another major player calling for war: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. In late February, The Washington Post reported that the decision to go to war had been reached after encouragement from two key allies: Israel and Saudi Arabia. Januar 2026, zeigt jedoch eine Anordnung, dass Soldaten im Wohnheim untergebracht werden sollten. Grund dafür ist die Notwendigkeit einer temporären Unterkunft auf Anfrage des Kommandeurs der Militäreinheit 26388 (88. separate motorisierte Schützenbrigade). Die stellvertretende Direktorin für Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsangelegenheiten, Irina Rynkowa, wird angewiesen, bis zum 19. Januar 2026 die erforderliche Anzahl von Unterbringungsplätzen vorzubereiten. Die Kontrolle über die Umsetzung behält der Direktor, Sergei Barkow, selbst. Es finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen mit Angehörigen der Streitkräfte statt, wie zum Beispiel mit dem Verband „Boewoe Bratstwo“, der aus ehemaligen und aktiven Angehörigen der Streitkräfte sowie von Spezialeinheiten besteht. Daraufhin folgte die staatlich inszenierte Pressetour mit "internationalen" Journalisten. Es handelt sich um handverlesene Blogger und Mitarbeiter von Kreml-nahen Staatsmedien, die unter militärischer Kontrolle das russische Narrativ verbreiten sollen. Unter den sogenannten "internationalen" Reportern sind auch Logos des Fernsehsenders „Zvezda“ zu sehen, der direkt dem russischen Verteidigungsministerium untersteht.

Oh no, Russia is once again threatening to “begin” striking Kyiv -- which is kinda what it has been dong almost daily for over 4 years now. Imagine that. The problem for Russia is that the free ride is over. This is no longer a one-sided game, and Ukraine now has the means to strike back in full. And no, this still will not help them escape the total deadlock at the front, where the pompous “2nd greatest army in the world” has been hopelessly bogged down up to its neck for the fifth year now (instead of triumphantly taking Kyiv in three days).
