I can’t wrap my head around the Phoenix real estate market.
This house below:
Sold in 2020 for $4.5M
Currently asking $30M
I’ve seen other examples over the last year and I say to myself no way this sells anywhere near asking price and then it does 🤷♂️

@gregrobertson @Matterport VHT has scale, but still services sub 5% of US listings. That said, I still think it makes sense for Matterport long term.

@gregrobertson Excited to see how this goes for @Matterport. Professional photographers are often the ones performing the service for agents - a lot of talk about alternatives to MP now that are competing with them directly.

@bobbyfijan It definitely all comes down to user inputs. Another great example of a company in this space is @Parafin3d. Right now it is specifically for hotel site configuration, but same idea of generative floor plan design.

I rely so much on @Redfin's Data Center. Everywhere else is "normalized for seasonality" which isn't helpful in these market conditions.

@retechruss @Redfin It is astounding how hard it is to find non-seasonally adjusted data. Mind boggling to me that NAR has the data but doesn't make it available.
