Looks like left PV is gone ? RLL hypertrophy? If vols ok for left tri I tend to place emphasis on IOC either from cystic or PTC. To ensure clear landing zone on transection . Including ray-tec on hilum prior to division of ducts.

And histopath showed mixed type - hepatocholangiocarcinoma. PET CT did not show extra hepatic mets, though Ca19-9 was high at almost a thousand. No preop neoadjuvant. Upfront resection since seg VI, VII and VIII volume was enough. Preop neoadjuvant is an option. 1/2
