I’m so proud of the teachers who tried new things in their class this year. It’s not easy stepping out of our comfort zone… but it's something we all need to do from time to time, (even if it’s not because of a pandemic.) If you wanna be awesome, you have to take some risks.
“He was nice to us.” “He seemed to enjoy working here.” “He didn’t mind being silly.” “He had high expectations for us.” “He went to bat for me when I needed help.” “He treated us all the same -- with respect.” These are the things I hope the students are able to say about me.
