@BBGRichie When she was leader of the same council Margaret wanted to dig up a Jewish Cemetery in order to build on and profit from it. One Jeremy Corbyn put a stop to it and saved The Jewish Cemetery.

Allow me to present Margaret Hodge. Hodge is a Zionist who revels in the genocide in Gaza. Many moons ago, she ran Islington council. During her tenure, she was made aware of a paedophile ring operating in children’s homes. Hodge decided to bury it. She went out of her way to prevent the print media and the BBC from reporting it. She said the victims were liars. She did this because she is an evil fucking cunt. Amazingly, this evil fucking cunt will soon be announced as the new head of Ofcom. What a world.

I’ve just seen a tweet saying that Margaret Hodge has been appointed as the new Chair of @Ofcom. Is this true? If it is then it is a deeply concerning appointment considering Hodge’s factional track record in doing everything she could to take down Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership of The @UKLabour Party (the manner of her behaviour in doing so) and her prominent, aggressive pro-Israel activism in opposing support for the Palestinian people. This is not an appointment that will ensure a non-partisan running of @ofcom. Hodge will do everything she can to oppose and mute support in the media for the Palestinian people. Hodge is already running the @JewishLabour Movement and is the figurehead of Labour Friends of Israel in the UK Parliament - two aggressive, abusive and ruthless lobby organisations embedded in The Labour Party. One can only presume that Hodge will bring to her role at Ofcom all of her substantial contempt for any support given to the Palestinian people. This is a politically loaded appointment that consolidates the Israel lobby’s grip on politics and the media in the UK. Hodge has prominent client journalists and broadcasters working for her in the MSM including the @guardian’s @PippaCrerar while her daughter, @islingtonlizzi Watson, is a long-standing senior editor at @BBCNews. Wouldn’t it appear therefore that there is a clear conflict of interests behind Hodge’s appointment? Doesn’t it give Hodge the opportunity to exert more undue influence over the British media than she already does? Hodge’s appointment is inflammatory and provocative but not in the least surprising. It’s par for the course with Starmer who is filling every Labour controlled ministry and public office with zealous supporters of Israel. We have seen how documentaries detailing Israeli atrocities in Gaza have been taken down and banned such as Gaza: How to Survive a War Zone. Hodge will ensure that such documentaries will never see the light of day in Britain. Hodge’s appointment will be welcomed by her many friends and ideological allies at home and abroad, not least the indicted war criminal and President of Israel Isaac Herzog whom Margaret Hodge and her Labour Friends of Israel colleagues visit on a regular basis. A deeply worrying appointment - not least in respect of the threat it poses to democratic and impartial transparency in the British media. @Ofcom @_LFI @JewishLabour #LabourCronyism @margarethodge #ItWasAScam @jeremycorbyn @UKLabour @Isaac_Herzog

All I’m getting from Carra’s top 10 is Liverpool don’t do enough of boosting their own players. The way some “reds” are talking about Rush, Souness, Dalglish and Barnes is crazy. More importantly a lot of you need to touch grass.

@bbcquestiontime A quick search came up with this statement so can you show me the policy please There is no official rule, either from the BBC or Parliamentary etiquette, that bans Members of Parliament (MPs) from appearing on BBC Question Time when the show is filmed in their constituency

There is a longstanding policy on Question Time not to invite MPs on in their local constituencies unless it’s for a single-issue special programme. This is why Mike Tapp MP appeared on the panel in his constituency for the immigration special in Dover.
Mike Tapp MP@MikeTappTweets

I seem to remember being on Question Time, a few months ago, in Dover…my constituency. You were too scared to even put a Reform MP up for tonight it seems. Weak.

So Farage has bottled Question Time tonight from Clacton, so the BBC have gone beyond the bottom of the barrel and invited Thomas Skinner, a cheater & crook who was convicted of handling £40,000 worth of stolen goods, he's also failed to repay a £50,000 covid bounce back loan.

Liverpool’s greatest signing was never a player, it was Jürgen Klopp. He gave the club its identity back, turned belief into trophies, and Anfield into a fortress once again. Champions League, Premier League, World Champions – but more than silverware, he gave us joy, unity, and the feeling that anything was possible. Klopp didn’t just manage Liverpool, he lived it.

Jewish volunteer ambulances were set on fire overnight. We don’t know who did it. Let’s see what the police say in the coming days. But it looks to me like terrorism. Plain and simple. An attack designed to intimidate all British Jews. An attack on our free society. What’s shocking is it’s not shocking. Successive Governments have been weak on antisemitism. Weak on radical Islamists. And weak on Iran. Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiyya appear to be claiming responsibility for the attack. As they have done with four other attacks on Jewish institutions across Europe in the last fortnight. Regardless of who is found to be behind the attack, we need action now. Talk is cheap. Stop issuing visas for hate preachers and deport those that are here. Stop the boats that are bringing in people who hate our country. End the disaster of mass migration that has brought in people who are clearly rabidly anti-British and antisemitic. Proscribe the IRGC. Ban the Muslim Brotherhood. Shut down mosques with radical preachers spewing hate. Yes, properly fund the Community Security Trust that safeguards Jewish communities. But that’s managing the symptoms, not getting to the heart of the matter.

@MickWick25 @dylslam24 I just feel a temporary capacity would give all of us a boost Everything is flat and predictable His subs? Yesterday you play Gakpo central and bring on Rio surely? I can't listen to his press conferences now. One boring man who is killing us

@MickWick25 @dylslam24 Nah not for me. Slow tempo. Use of subs atrocious. Passive backward football. Have you seen our stats on running? Bloody awful. He should be sacked in this window to allow whoever some time to settle in before we go again We can save the season if we are decisive

@BarryRoach12 @dylslam24 As I said did Slot sign them? As I’ve said before we overachieved and that led to new contracts for two high earners who haven’t performed along with a few others this season. Personally I’d give him another season with time to bed the new players in properly
