@TPExpressTrains I have and they said ask you. Can you check with policy team or whatever as we have a hotel booked too and no concert to go to so need to know if we can get a refund. Seems ridiculous if we booked with you we could but booked through LNER app to travel on your train and you won’t

@TPExpressTrains Hi we have tickets bought through LNER app to travel to Manchester but our concert is postponed. They are advance tickets so not normally refundable but if bought from you they are due to the events postponed. Can I get refund if bought through LNER app? Thanks

@TPExpressTrains Are you going to have an agreement with LNER to refund them though as I am actually booked on a Transpennine train. If Tpe are refunding then why can’t they agree to allow LNER to refund so all travellers on tpe are treated equally. Thanks
