@SeaWorld your app is lacking in so many ways compared to the other parks here in Orlando. Inaccurate wait times and some rides not even showing on the map (Penguin Trek). I would think you would want to provide a better level of service to your customers!

Well the new @Publix on Normandy strikes again! 5rh straight time going in and no fried chicken available. Was told 30 minutes this time. You should just post a sign when or if it ever available.It should not be this difficult to get chicken. Am I missing something?

@PublixHelps Apparently they didn’t do anything. Went in tonight and same thing happened. This is really making me not like Publix! 5:30 on a Sunday and was told I’d have to wait 30 minutes. This shouldn’t be that difficult fix.

I was excited when the new @Publix opened on Normandy in Jacksonville. Can you please figure out how to have fried chicken available? The last 4 times I’ve gone in there they have been out and standard answer is we’ll have some ready in 45 minutes. Not good customer service!

Way to go @SeaWorld, made reservation to see Santa at 12, only to be told that he doesn’t start seeing people until 12:30? No communication telling us that. I paid for a reservation at 12 and have been standing here for 45 minutes. Another fail @SeaWorld!

@DoorDash_Help It was ordered thru Pizza Hut. My email is augsteinmj@gmail.com. 904-704-6726. The driver couldn’t find my house and then told me he came straight to our house and then proceeded to say he made a previous stop. Nothing like being lied too.

Dear @pizzahut why don’t you just start saying “whenever it gets there” when the order is being delivered by @DoorDash (currently scheduled to be 20 minutes late). They are never on time and most likely my pizza will be cold. You can do better.

@HomeDepot where is my discount for scanning my own items? All checkout is now self scan? Some companies are backing off from it and you just fully embraced it. The least you could do it get tap pay at your terminals. Looks like I’ll be headed to @Lowes from now on!

Hey @WaltDisneyWorld your cast member who was working at the speedway refused to allow my family to drive at the same time. She said there was nothing she could do and split my family. We were on the inside track at 11:33AM on 3/19. She certainly didn’t have that Disney magic.

@WaltDisneyWorld these two were absolutely a delight to watch interpret at the Beauty and The Beast show yesterday at the 1pm show in Hollywood Studios. They deserve recognition for doing an amazing job!

@DiscoveryEd we bought this for our son and it’s missing a few pieces. My wife called and we have to have proof of purchase in order for them to send us the missing pieces? That’s great customer service.😡 Not helpful at all and very flippant and dismissive to my wife! Do better!

I understand to a point something being late, but when I pre-order my pizza to be delivered at 5:45 and I call and they tell be it will be delivered by 6:19, something is wrong! @PapaJohns @pizzahut has never let me down when I schedule it with them! Guess where I’ll be ordering?

@ATT internet has been out since 3:30 this afternoon and these are the speeds off the ‘new’ tower in our neighborhood that is supposed to give us better service. Massive fail @ATT
