@JordanEVGuy @Markbowers84341 @OctopusEnergy From what I've seen, the night rate pricing is based on when you became an IO customer, i.e. those who signed up a long time ago are on the 3.5p rate as they were on an older tariff version of IO, those who are more recent are seeing 5p or there abouts.

@Markbowers84341 @OctopusEnergy Emails are going out. I’ve had numerous followers message me on Facebook with screenshots of their new night rate showing 3.5p. I’d have thought variable customers would get the full benefit of the price drop.

Hey @OctopusEnergy. Why are some customers getting 3.49p night rate and some are getting 5.2p? Great to see rates coming down across the board, but lots of confusion.

Some papers reporting govt is considering a nationwide 50mph speed limit on cars to cut fuel use. Which is great news as I am limited to 20mph on almost all roads near me!

On Good Friday I will participate in a walk of witness, across the sands to Holy Island with a full-size cross. The walk will start and finish with public prayer. On Easter Saturday at sunset we will hold a vigil service on the Holy Island beach. And on Easter Sunday we will parade the cross, decorated with flowers, through the streets of Holy Island, stopping at intervals to pray. Do you think these exhibitions of public prayer should be banned, @benhabib6 @NJ_Timothy @SarahForRuncorn @KemiBadenoch? Or is it only Muslims you want banned from praying publicly?

@mpeard @YTJustGetATesla If you mean the Octopus Outgoing rate, that went down to 12p/kWh on 1st March, and newer sign-ups to IO are paying 8 or 9p/kWh, but your point still stands.

The more I look at it, the more I fear that Tesla Energy is doomed from the start in the UK. You can already buy their solar and powerwall integrated into a provider to export power to the grid and charge your car free. So they offer nothing new /1

None of what Labour have done is anti-inflationary, the total opposite, and interest rates falling are beyond their control.

Inflation was in double figures post Truss, as is the responsibility for hugely increased interest rates, which have fortunately come down significantly under the current govt.

@BloodyPolitics @NWSAcaster Its a weird solution - in Leeds (despite the HMO houses in Hyde Park not putting their bins away), we have one recycling bin for everything - paper, metals, glass, plastics 1,2,4 & 5 and many other items too. Don't see why you need all those different bins.
