I spoke on the House Floor today in favor of HR 516 to protect two of America’s greatest pastimes – hunting & fishing – from the Biden Admin's senseless top-down federal regulations. Let’s leave it to state & local authorities to decide what can & can’t be used on public lands.

The Protecting Access for Hunters and Anglers Act is a common-sense @NatResources bill to protect the rural way of life and important American pastimes. Hunters and anglers are the original conservationists and should not be baselessly regulated.

I’m proud to announce my Protecting Access for Hunters and Anglers Act has passed the House and is on the way to the Senate! This legislation will help ensure that federal agencies that oversee public lands don’t unreasonably limit access for sportsmen and women – I couldn’t be more thrilled to see this bill advance through Congress.

People who have never gone hunting or fishing don't know what the heck they're talking about.  The Biden administration’s effort to ban lead ammo and tackle is ridiculous and isn’t based in science.
