Why does Bengaluru feel so boring on weekends? Other than going out for a cafe or brunch… There’s not much to do. Am I missing something… or do others feel the same?

I give up trying to stay quiet about this. 4 days left in February, and the world is moving faster than most people realise. Fast enough that staying out of the loop isn’t just a disadvantage, it’s a choice you can’t afford to make. I’ve always learned by doing, not reading. And doing means actually building and experimenting, exploring the simplest possible solution or approach for a problem - not just nodding along to a concept. So I’m starting a series called #VibeCodingDaily on AI-Assisted Coding, also known as Vibe Coding. A couple of years ago I ran an email series on NoCode for people who thought building without code wasn’t for them. This is that, but for where we are right now in 2026. It doesn’t matter if you’re a marketer, a product manager, a consultant, a banker, or a doctor. Once you see what’s possible, you’ll start seeing exactly where it fits in your world. It will change how you think. It will change how you see problems and solutions. And it will make you sharper in whatever role or industry you’re in. The goal isn’t a fixed number of days. It’s one concept per post, one post at a time, taking you from point A to point B at a pace that actually sticks. And I’m bringing it to you as someone who isn’t a developer, which means no jargon, no assumptions, just what actually matters. We start from the basics and evolve to concepts of code, deployments, design, UI and more. Starting March 1st, right here. Usually posted between 9 and 10 AM. Follow @adithyashreshti so you don’t miss it. Comment “Let’s Vibe” and I’ll make sure you get notified when it drops.

YC just announced their looking for AI-Native agencies. The agency model is about to split into two completely different businesses: A) Agencies that sell labor B) Agencies that sell leverage Only one survives long term. AI-native agencies don’t scale by hiring more people. They scale by building systems that replace people. The playbook looks like this: → Find a workflow clients already overpay for → Build an AI tool that does it 10x faster → Use services to fund development → Turn repeated work into proprietary IP → Eventually sell the tool, not the time The real shift: Agencies used to be talent businesses. Now they’re becoming software companies with cash flow. Most people will miss this window because they’re still optimizing delivery instead of building leverage. That’s the opportunity. I'm launching a community of like-minded builders trying to build their own AI-native agency. I'm going to share everything I know having built my own 7-figure AI agency. Looking for motivated people ready to learn & build. Drop a comment, I'll personally reach out.

The core of any AI transformation is the build-out of the control plane app for the management. Everything else is downstream of this.

@aakashgupta "You need the best documentation" Who better to write the documentation than LLMs? What are the implications of that then? Best agent that write LLM readable documents win this race?

Sequoia just called the end of an entire go-to-market era and most SaaS companies won’t realize what hit them for 18 months. Product-led growth was built on one assumption: humans would try the software. The entire playbook since 2010 optimized for human discovery. Beautiful landing pages. Frictionless free trials. Viral invite loops. Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, Calendly. $200B+ in market cap created by winning the user’s first 5 minutes. None of that matters if an agent is picking the software. Claude doesn’t care about your hero image. It can’t be impressed by your Dribbble awards. It’s reading documentation, parsing user reviews, checking API reliability, and matching features to use case. All the surface-level polish that convinced lazy humans to click “sign up” becomes irrelevant. The new PLG funnel isn’t landing page → free trial → activation → conversion. It’s agent query → documentation scan → feature match → recommendation. Which means the new moat looks completely different. You don’t need the best onboarding. You need the best documentation. You don’t need viral loops. You need structured data that agents can parse. You don’t need a beautiful UI for the first session. You need an API that an agent can actually call. The companies that won PLG hired designers and growth hackers. The companies that win agent-led growth will hire technical writers and developer relations engineers. And here’s the part nobody’s pricing in yet: agents don’t have loyalty. They don’t have switching costs. They’ll recommend Supabase today and something better tomorrow if the documentation is cleaner or the pricing is more transparent. The stickiness that made PLG so powerful, the network effects and learned behavior, doesn’t transfer. Sequoia is telling you the entire distribution layer is being rewritten. The question is whether your product is optimized for human attention or machine parsing. Most are built for the wrong audience.
TBPN@tbpn

Sequoia partner @sonyatweetybird says we're going from the age of product-led growth to the age of agent-led growth. "You see this most clearly if you're using Claude Code actively. It says, 'Hey, for a database, you should use Supabase. For hosting, use Vercel.' It's choosing for you, the stuff you should be using." "Product-led growth brought us closer to the vision of 'best product wins,' but ultimately people are still lazy. They can't read all the reviews, and they kind of default to what looks cool on the website." "Whereas your agent has infinite time to go and make these choices for you. It can go and read all the documentation, read all the user comments, and figure out [what you need] for your use case."

So imagine you are trying to add a Payee into your hdfc netbanking website. you are midway typing a long account number and if that text box loses focus or you switch to another window the value in the box resets. Some genius at that bank has decided that they will personally ensure people can’t copy paste, or use their website if you cannot remember a long account number. twice. After all why should you be able use their bank if you are stupid. Anyway I am now going to use a pair of nose pliers to pull each of my toe nails. It is light entertainment compared to what hdfc bank subjects me to every time I try to get anything done.

The best business content in the world is no longer produced by companies like Forbes, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, etc. It's produced by the upstarts*. I had never really thought about this until someone came on the podcast last year and told me that we reach 3-4 times the number of people CNBC does. Suspect we'll start to see more things like the Paramount / Independent Press deals. * = The Knowledge Project, Colossus, Founders, TBPN, etc.
