So after 10 years on YouTube, over 70 million views & 250,000 subscribers, @TeamYouTube has demonetized our entire channel with no warning. Apparently for inauthentic content, which makes no sense because everything we post is animated by hand & takes days / weeks. This sucks…

Update: YouTube has now changed the reason for demonetizing Tricked Entertain from "inauthentic content" to "reused content." This makes even less sense. Here's exactly how every video is made: Scripts written from scratch by me. Our main character was designed and built by one of our own animators with our own logo on it Videos hand-animated in 3D Blender by our animators nothing AI-generated, nothing automated Editing handled by a dedicated editor who builds every clip and sound design by hand 6 full-time people working on one channel How is that reused content? @TeamYouTube the appeals process rejected us within hours. Twice. We understand YouTube is trying to filter out AI slop. But in the process, you're taking down original creators who have poured everything into building something real on your platform only to get wiped out overnight with no real recourse. Six people are on the verge of losing their jobs because of this. Give us the human review that creators on this platform actually deserve.

YOUTUBE ALGO UPDATE: About 3 days ago, YouTube changed how multiple uploads are handled. After your first upload, the system now needs more time to test and rebalance distribution. Before: 45 minutes between videos Now: (from current testing): 3–8 hours Uploading back to back or at the same time seems to confuse distribution, which is likely why some of you are seeing sudden view drops. 🎄❌ This is officially the worst Christmas of my life. At the very beginning of this month, I apparently became some kind of “criminal” on YouTube overnight. My 130k channel was terminated for spam, my appeal was rejected, and I’m not allowed to start over with a new channel. That single decision wrecked everything I had planned. My Christmas trip got canceled with no refund. No presents for my family. And the whole month has been nonstop stress and uncertainty. Why am I whining? Because the answer is simple: 🚨 I did not actually violate these policies. I honestly believe this was a false positive from YT’s automation, and that during the appeal, the policy team misread what my channel actually was and chose not to reverse the AI’s decision. I’ve shared clips from my videos publicly, and the overwhelming majority of people agree this looks like a mistake. Some of my subscribers even found me here and are asking YouTube to reinstate it. I understand that to someone who doesn’t know me this can sound like “trust me, bro.” But at this point, I genuinely don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. When I’m told “you might have used bots,” what kind of proof is expected to show that I didn’t? A screenshot of my desktop? My task manager? When I’m told “your videos send viewers to another site instead of delivering content,” what proof do you need when every single video clearly delivers full content right on YouTube? At this point, the only way to resolve this is for a real human at @TeamYouTube to actually look at what my channel was from scratch, not just reaffirm an automated decision. I don’t really believe in Christmas miracle stuff, but since this can be fixed with a single click, I really want to believe someone will take a fresh look.
