@InPostUK are you responsible for Yodel service now? Was supposed to have a parcel collected last sat. No one turned up, contacted online chat twice each time to be told it’s being investigated & I’ll be contacted in 24hrs which didn’t happen. I just want a new collection date!

@O2 been trying to upgrade my phone for 24 hours. Each time it fails at the £1 payment page - I’ve tried Apple Pay, Paypal and entering card details. Nothing works- are your payment systems broken?

@b4jzkgmk7m Hi, I'm John James. Thank you for getting in touch. We're not aware of any known issues at present. Can I ask has the payment left your account? If not, please try again. Many thanks

@sarahjo60329006 I’m 45 this year and we had all of those things! What do you mean by non-native? My ancestry dna profile says I’m a Viking? Does that mean I’m no longer welcome? My family tree shows relatives in the 1700-1800’s coming over from the Netherlands? Can I get my EU passport back?

For me there’s only one contender for Person of the Year. Gisele Pelicot. The woman who has recalibrated how we think about rape by refusing to feel shame. “It’s time we change the way we look at rape”, she said outside the court today. And…more than anyone I can think of… she’s done that. “Shame must change sides”, she said, and perhaps – perhaps – that is a little more true today than it’s ever been. But there’s something else that I want to talk about. Something that’s much more difficult to confront than the inspiration and dignity of Gisele Pelicot. 51 men. 51 men who are not all men… but who are also quite a lot of men. 51 of them in fact. And if you read about them… their backgrounds… their jobs… their families or lack of family… they’re all quite different. A firefighter…a nurse… an unemployed alcoholic. Some were abused as children. Some had comfortable upbringings with kids of their own. Six had domestic violence convictions. 45 didn’t. One was 27. Another was 74. There’s no pattern here. Nothing we can point to. Other than the fact there is no profile of a rapist. Which is perhaps the most frightening thing of all.

1. I don’t often tweet about my personal life, but on 1st November, my mum Jane was hit by a large vehicle as a pedestrian in St. Louis, USA. She suffered a severe brain injury & remains in a coma in hospital. Here's Jane & me in happier times.

@autcareandshare Well done but it’s bloody awful that you have to go to that level to get the support you are entitled to. I have similar experiences with LA funded care for parents with dementia.

I've been in talks with social services for a while now about transport, the possibility of having Ryan picked up and dropped off twice a week, they said no, so I asked them to write up why they said no and asked them to include all or any outcomes of any meetings they have had regarding this, I also wanted to know who they have spoken to in regards of risk assessments on transport within daycentres, so they came back and said....we'll look into this further, they have now said yes !!!!!!!

@ohadelaide You can buy cleaning gloves on Amazon - like a wet wipe in glove form. I use them on my cats when they have unidentified stink on them. A lot less stressful than trying to wash them although one of them will let me use a warm damp cloth. Best of luck and thanks for caring!

I heard a cat crying outside this morning and when I came home tonight, I saw it sitting in a carrier on my neighbor's porch. It had been there ALL DAY. So I just stole him. He is covered in shit and piss and I can feel every bone in his body, and all he wants to do is cuddle.

I did a tweet about how Ryan has a upcoming social care review and that the social worker put in charge of his review was brilliant, usually we'll just get a call saying we'll get a visit at daycentre and that's about it , this lady asked lots of questions prior to visiting Ryan, what to avoid asking him things that might cause anxiety, things he likes to talk about, and today he received this it's a letter addressed to him detailing when and where the meeting is and what tgey will talk about, this is tge first time Ryan has ever had a letter like this, I think it's brilliant, something like this will greatly help Ryan with his upcoming review, this lady clearly read Ryan's file clearly took on board everything that was said in our telephone call. It's little things like this that make a difference.

After a violation of their bodies, survivors of rape and incest are being told they cannot make decisions about what happens to them next—all because of Trump Abortion Bans. This is immoral. Women and girls like Hadley deserve better.

Brilliant ad. If you have a daughter and you are voting for Trump you are insane. Also I hope you will one day have to explain to her why you voted for a man who was found to have sexually assaulted a woman.

It feels like a rope is tied to your uterus and someone is trying to pull it out through your vagina, while shoving a knife up your tailbone and twisting it and having your nipples brushed with a brick all day…. All while being bloated like a puffer fish, getting random break outs, having a headache, sometimes nausea…but we can’t forget to smile, go to work, raise children, be good partners and be NICE ☝🏾…..🙄

@TetchyBitch @fifilawrie I took spare clothes, arse wipes, more Vaseline for my poor ring of fire and sat on a carrier bag for the 30 min drive to hospital for my first one. Had to abandon the procedure due to looping and go back later for a CT version so had to go through prep again 💩🔥🧯😢
