@Energy__sol @AdamSchefter @AP One of the dumbest things I've ever read. This is not how you invest in the next generation. Actually funding our schools instead of big corporations is how you invest in the next generation. Not expecting high school coaches to do it for you.

Really good move by Governor DeSantis. Teddy Bridgewater got punished for doing the right thing using his own money to help kids who needed it. Now coaches can actually support their players without worrying about getting suspended. This is how you invest in the next generation. Respect.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed the “Teddy Bridgewater Act” into law on Friday, per @AP, meaning high school coaches in the state will now be able to use their own money to help their players with expenses such as food, transportation, physical therapy and rehabilitation services.

@JonMarksMedia @thomasrp93 The guy is a complete idiot. Trade negotiations don't take place in person and, even if they did, you don't send the team plane with two people on it.

Chargers were one of the team AJ Brown wanted to be traded to. Chargers team plane with in Philly yesterday. Could be a coincidence. Could be a pretty interesting development. Rams, Chargers, Chiefs, Patriots, and Jags all connected to AJ Brown. #Eagles

J.T. Realmuto has caught 6,966 2/3 innings since joining the Phillies. That's 1,137 1/3 more innings than ANY other catcher -- the equivalent of 126 games (a full season for a catcher). Will the Phils cut back on his workload (for real this time)? mlb.com/phillies/news/…

What a shock. Another political ruling from Chief Justice John "I'm apolitical" Roberts. Biggest fraud in the history of the Court and someone who will go down in our profession as the worst Chief Justice in history.

@Hexingmyopps @Breaking911 Yes, this is systemic discrimination against a white man, with no criminal history, no history of violence, no flight risk. It's not justifiable. Judge should be removed from the case because he is not impartial.

🚨JUST FILED🚨 The DOJ is suing the DC Bar Association for targeting former Trump official Jeff Clark. The DOJ calls out the Bar for, “ Weaponizing state bar discipline against Executive Branch attorneys in this way chills them from giving candid legal advice to others in the Executive Branch, including the President and Attorney General. To permit these proceedings is to allow state bar authorities to control the Executive Branch. That is not the law.” The DC bar claims @JeffClarkUS drafted a letter that detailed significant election irregularities in Georgia and other states after the 2020 election. That letter was NOT sent. The DOJ’s lawsuit goes on to add, “ D.C. disciplinary authorities have no authority to impede, obstruct, and punish a Federal Executive Branch official for drafting and advocating for the dissemination of a pre- decisional and deliberative draft document, not to mention other privileged Executive Branch deliberations.”

This is excellent work, @tzsmith. It shows that I never had unbiased DC Bar prosecutors. Never. Just actors who were political hatchet men for the Left. The D.C. Court of Appeals has a serious problem on its hands in Jack Metzler. Just on the basis of what you uncovered about Metzler, Zach, the case against me should be immediately dismissed. And, in reality, what you summarize just scratches the surface of all of the legal defects the case has, as DOJ’s new case will now show to a wider audience. My 5.5-year battle has been a lonely one in many ways until yesterday. Metzler has been in charge of all appellate-related matters against me and no doubt many trial-level legal briefs as well. And his involvement has irrevocably tainted the case against me. My jaw dropped when I read Metzler mocking The Book of Revelation. He denigrated and insulted Christians everywhere. Congress has plenary power over DC. It should remove Metzler and his boss Hamilton Fox — instanter. Up to this point, Metzler gotten away with his nonsense only because DC is an enclave of radical left fervor. He tweeted this mocking of Christians screenshotted below just 27 days ago on my birthday. The shoe should definitely be on the other foot: the D.C. Court of Appeals should immediately appoint new lawyers to run the Office of Disciplinary Counsel and those lawyers should be specifically tasked with investigating ethical violations by their predecessors. And that process should make Metzler Investigative Target Number One.

@JeffClarkUS @MarkMeadows @ASGWoodward Actually it's not. It's important because you are a disgrace to our profession and the bar. History will also regard you as a principle-less charlatan. The bar should also reflect you utter lack of character by expunging you.

We appreciate how quickly the NFL changed its website in response to our letter and capitulated on some of their discriminatory hiring quotas. But their response raises more questions about the Rooney Rule, and we look forward to their cooperation with the investigative subpoena we issued them today.

.@MikeReiss’ thoughts on the eventual #Patriots trade for AJ Brown: “… it's hard to imagine the Patriots paying such a heavy price for Brown… in part because they don't seem to be competing against another suitor and the 2027 draft projects to be much stronger than 2026.”

@lawlornfl This is the downside of Howie always moving up in R1 and constantly trading picks for vet players throughout the year. I'm with you on Height. It'd be very hard to like this draft if they spend a 2nd on him.

The Eagles, Titans and Browns are among teams that have had pre-draft discussions with teams about possible move-ups into late 1. Some of that could prove simple due diligence but noteworthy nonetheless.
