@TimHoustonNS $200 million is a drop in the bucket for what the actual costs would be on such a project. A perfect reason why government should never be involved in any business as they are useless.

Currently Canada doesn't have the ability to launch space projects on our own, instead relying on the United States. That means turning south for getting satellites into orbit. With this project, that will change. I'm happy to see this investment being made in Nova Scotia, with the new launch pad expected to come into operation by 2028. This is an important investment for Canadian sovereignty. Another reason why Nova Scotia is the defence capital of Canada. 🇨🇦

I am very happy with Mark Carney as Prime Minister. I'm not surprised either. Again, read his book. Listen carefully to his speeches. He's not just a pragmatist. He's about moral pragmatism. His north star is his sense of what's right and wrong and moral. He's never going to be everything I want him to be. And there will always be policies I vehemently disagree on. But on a whole range of issues, especially poverty, I think Mark Carney has an open mind. He's gettable on Universal Basic Income, I hope advocates get that and don't give up.

If you're selling a home, you should have to provide a building inspection report - instead of every interested buyer paying for their own. We're changing the rules to require exactly that.
