But is it right for one to obtain a masters degree in their 20s? Me I thought people who study masters should be old enough to. You find someone aged 25 also having a masters 😂😂

Schools open tomorrow, yet education that is meant to be a basic requirement is not only a cash cow for the Leaders that have turned it a commercial sector, made unaffordable left for the privileged and not a right. We risk a backward, Less productive population and thus a continuity of unemployable, Unemployed, Unskilled, Uneducated generation ahead of us. Next week as my work requirement, I’m supposed to arrest Parents who have failed to take their children to school because parents can’t afford to pay for development fees, Library fees, Building fees, Board of Governors Fees etc and School Fees on top. Consciously how am I supposed to do this? The development we have cannot be appreciated because it does not make sense to the majority of the Population because they lack in all aspects the necessary tools and skills to take advantage of them to be seen as an opportunity for development. Case in point, Street lights are vandalized by what we feel comfortable to call lumpens and we rush to fix the temporary problem by arresting and dumping in prison but forget to ask ourselves why these people don’t appreciate what could be a societal solution. We appreciate the work @GovUganda and @Parliament_Ug does towards putting in place legal systems. But the biggest question is, have the two bodies done enough to address emerging issues most especially protecting the Education sector from being captured by the capitalist? Today education has turned to be a privilege for a few. @GovUganda schools have been left without enough to deliver credible and quality education but left to be a dumping center for the failures and less privileged to assume that they also went to school. Last year, there was a discussion about regulating School fees structures by Parliament. But what happened? Why did parliament shelve the discussion? Is it because Parliament is guilty of being and accomplice in disorganizing the sector because they own schools? When President @KagutaMuseveni appointed Hon. @DrMuyingo in the education sector we thought that maybe being and educationist, he would front reforms to make education not only a National Requirement and Right but also accessible to the poor and the rich. How can he do it if his schools are part of the biggest scavengers in the country. How do we expect the Good Minister to reform education that he is sucking from? I shouldn’t be misunderstood for attacking the minister. Cabinet Ministers and Members of @Parliament_Ug have turned to be firefighters most especially on matters affecting them individually but not as a public outcry. Yes MP own Schools, Yes Ministers Own Schools, Yes Commissioners own Schools, Yes District Education Officers Own School, Yes key stakeholders in Education own schools. Yes they are all Scavengers. How do we expect them to be be remorseful about their Prey? The fight for the Right to Education should be held on top of the national debate. We have a Generation that is not educated, How shall we get into the Middle Income Status without an Educated Population? If Ministers and Members of @Parliament_Ug are remorseful about the future of this country as a whole, they should without procrastinating immediately regulate the thuggery that has capture education and rendering the biggest population to forever remain backward.
