As @BenBergquam is embedded with ICE and Florida Highway Patrol, an illegal alien driving a van is arrested. As that arrest is taking place, a car crash happens next to them. Ben reports that one of the drivers involved in that crash also ended up being an illegal alien.

New Jersey is arguing Avi lacks the character and temperament for a firearms permit.
While I won't argue he has said some awful things, he also has ten carry permits in other states, and has owned firearms for years without incident.
New Jersey may not like what he has said, but that's not grounds with indicia of dangerousness to deny him 2A rights.
