@ana_kimos @optimum I had the same thing happen, n now I have half the channels and a heftier bill. They don't realize it's 2025 n people record calls and they send pricing via emails. It's ridiculous but getting ahold of someone that cares is impossible. My next step is ads out of principle

A sales representative from @optimum showed up at my door offering 1G fiber internet for $40 a month for 24 months. However, I am now being charged over $75 a month for only 500mb. I have called customer service multiple times with no resolution.
