@NRABoycott

Previously fighting the NRA and Fox, now calling for Musk to be held accountable for flagrantly breaking our election laws. DOJ, FEC, Congress please act now!

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said Trump has a “right” and “duty” to order the DOJ to investigate his political enemies. The comments mark the clearest indication yet that the department’s leadership views its role as the president’s personal law firm — not an independent agency. bit.ly/47KZHC6

The Hungarian election is about Russian oligarchy and its support of the international far right. That’s why Vance is there. He is a node in that network.

I want to be clear that we do NOT need the 25th Amendment invoked. We need Article 2, Section 4 so we can remove the president, vice president, and his entire cabinet.
Isaiah Martin@isaiahrmartin

Just wanted to clear things up: the 25th amendment means the vice president and a majority of Trump’s cabinet would have to vote to remove him. It’s not initiated by Congress.

The US military fears that the mentally ill Trump could use nuclear weapons against Iran tonight, — The Guardian. Under US law, the President of the United States has the sole authority to order a launch. No other agency can block the decision if it is deemed lawful from a military perspective. Here's how the procedure works: The President initiates an urgent conference call with the National Military Command Center. This call is typically attended by the Secretary of Defense and top military leaders (depending on who is available). The military aide who accompanies the President around the clock opens the so-called "nuclear portfolio." The portfolio contains prepared attack options and secret codes with which the President confirms his authority. But even if such an order isn't given, the president's desire to destroy power plants and bridges presents officers with a difficult choice: disobey the commander-in-chief's orders or become complicit in war crimes. Israeli television has already started a countdown to the US attack.

👉Last day to add your voice to defend polar bears and walruses from Trump’s plans to remove protection. Federal register opportunity for public comment closes April 8, 2026. It’s quick and easy👇 federalregister.gov/documents/2026…

Have you seen a full list of Trump's federal environmental rollbacks, weakening actions, and regulatory reversals? Here's a shocking list of SIXTY of them 👉eelp.law.harvard.edu/tracker-type/r… Of particular concern to me, of course, are increased threats to critically endangered North Atlantic right whales and Rice’s whales, as well as other marine mammals such as walruses and polar bears👇 The Trump administration plans to grant the Alaska oil industry's request to change regulations to allow incidental harassment and killing of polar bears (including destruction in den) and walruses by oil and gas drilling operations off the coast of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The window for comment closes on April 8👇 federalregister.gov/documents/2026…

Trump can only be removed under the 25th Amendment with the actions of this Republican vice president, this Republican cabinet, and this Republican-controlled Congress. So, if you're asking what Democrats are doing today, I'm not sure you understand how this all works.

Because Vance is a living node in a Russia-funded propaganda machine; everyone should please notice that there is nothing American about having to fly to a foreign country to try to influence its election so that your own career can continue as planned.

I’m not at all surprised that the House and Senate — controlled by the presidents party — are out of session. I am a bit surprised that Democrats haven’t returned to Washington to highlight that the GOP is on recess with DHS closed and the nation on the brink of war.
