Hi @NammaBESCOM @TATOMDBESCOM @BescomTa - Power is restored now after restarting the transformer. One request to you - There is a single phase connection to the building adjacent to the transformer. Can you please check in the morning what's the problem with that connection or if it needs a change? Also, there is a big tree in front of the gate, can you please clean it so there won't be any problem later on with the main supply.
