@ThufirHawat I think that celebrating an elite benefit for the elite and then saying “every company should do this” is ludicrous. What there should be is more of a safety net for the worst off not a benefit for the top 1% which most Google employees are.

@Ele_Stavros That is the exact problem -- most B2B companies use Revenue as their north star. That is when the PM gets caught between tracking true product success vs only tracking revenue.

Challenges of a B2B product manager are different from a B2C PM: 1. Buyer, customer, user are all different 2. Sales has a big say in the roadmap 3. Tough to run experiments due to scale 4. Learning / feedback is slow 5. Most imp. metric is always revenue What am I missing?
