@nationalcares Your HRL location is a continual hot mess! Only one vehicle available that had no plug for my GPS. Staff was condescending. While this is a corporate rental, I’ll seek permission to rent elsewhere on future trips.

@nationalcares Poor customer service. Rented me a damaged vehicle. Rented me the wrong vehicle. Called twice about it. Won’t fix the problem. Never had a problem with National until now.

This shows national doesn’t give a damn about their customers. Not when the incident happened and not after the incident as well. All they care about is my money. @nationalcares All I expected a call back from the leadership team and help resolve my issue.

@nationalcares This has been going since this Feb, and all I’ve received is a vague promise that “our leadership wil contact u.” This is incredibly poor service. What’s the point of being an executive elite member if I dont get any help? I almost lost my life in that incident

@nationalcares Scammed again by your rental agents. Let the lot and car immediately dropped to 7/8 tank of gas. Reported it and told to bring it back with 7/8. Did so and was charged $17 for refueling. Absolute SCAM!!!

The shit I'm dealing with @NationalPro trying to pay my tolls, getting passed around by 10 people until I get given a number for "toll department" just to get told by that person they don't handle THOSE tolls... At this point I'm about to just block them from charging my card. This is why I use @PrivacyHQ online, just wish I could use it where "physical card is required"

@nationalcares Why doesn't National discount me when I return the car with more gas in it than there was when I left with the car? If I bring the car back with 1/2 a gallon less then when I left in the car, you charge me for that 1/2 gallon.

@NationalPro For the record the national Rent-A-Car that I went to did fight this policy eventually they gave in but talk about a train wreck where the company doesn't even know what one location does versus the other

This man is struggling. He needs it more than us" I said He took everything and ran away Sure, theft is never good, but I would rather get robbed in a diverse city, than be safe in a racist white one
