Let’s break down what this means financially for ole Chud. So, a $1.25 million bond through a licensed bondsman would require a down payment of $125,000 and collateral for the remaining $1,000,000. Oh, and the initial down payment for the bondsman is usually non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the case or whether or not he shows up as required.
