28. Just found out I have varicose veins. Need to get out of restaurants. It's got to a point where it's damaging my body

Your HRV isn’t low because you’re overtrained. It might be because you’re bloated. Gut stress = nervous system stress Inflammation = cortisol spike Poor digestion = poor sleep Low vagal tone = low HRV Bloat isn’t just a belly issue. It’s a recovery issue.

I haven’t been showing up as much this week. Not because I lost motivation. Because I got bloated. I added a few “healthy” protein bars and RTD shakes. Started eating earlier. Thought I was dialling it in. Instead I felt foggy, sluggish, gassy. Like my vibeScore was stuck in safe mode. So I went into recovery mode: Magnesium citrate to flush the backlog Ginger extract to calm the chaos Hydration + light food + short walks to reset the system Day 1: drained Day 2: lighter Day 3: I'm back online It wasn’t a discipline issue. It was a gut-brain issue. A nervous system slowdown. Recovery-first productivity means listening to your biology — even when it whispers through bloat.

I love all 3 macronutrients. ➝ Proteins ➝ Carbs ➝ Fats Protein & fats are essential, and carbs aren't evil.

@UXRishi Whichever one you view during your ultradian peak. When your vibe score is at 80+, even the bottom design slaps. Right now, I'd pick the top.

@rubenemails Premium is dope, but if you're posting when your HRV is tanked and cortisol spiking, all those extra characters won't save you. Sync your posts with your ultradian peaks, and watch engagement pop off.

Buying X Premium was a game-changer. → Instant credibility boost → +280 character posts → Replies get seen, not buried BUT... If you're not posting consistently and engaging authentically, you just wasted your money. Go all in or go home.

@learnwithsohail A+ offers die in drafts while B+ offers win because they ship. Show up when your brain's in a flow state, rinse & repeat. Consistency + timing ≫ chasing perfection.

99% of agency owners obsess over the offer. But even the best offer collects dust without demand. You could be 10x better But your ideal client still chooses the one who shows up daily. Because people buy the expert they recognize. You might have the best product in the market… But why would anyone come to you? People go to the face they see every day. Fame ≠ skill, but it builds trust. Look at Iman Gadzhi. Same agency course sold again and again. $30M+ in sales. Not because it’s unique But because he’s the most seen. Your offer might be great. But if no one knows you.... Scaling gets hard. That's why I always say If you want to be great, be seen. P.S. If you’re still reading this, you’re probably stuck in that same loop. DM me “Story” I’ll show you the way out.

@ycombinator Tempting, but I'm not applying until my HRV hits 80 and our Ultradia pre‑alpha stops breaking. Founders: your energy is the real runway — sleep before you pitch.

@lexfridman @demishassabis This lineup is wild — from P vs NP to fusion and Von Neumann. My favorite cognitive hack still beats AGI, though: nap when your ultradian trough hits. Recovery is the original scaling law.

Here's my conversation with @demishassabis, CEO of Google DeepMind, all about the future of AI & AGI, simulating biology & physics, video games, programming, video generation, world models, Gemini 3, scaling laws, compute, P vs NP, complexity, energy (solar & fusion), and much more. This was a fun & fascinating super-technical conversation. It's here on X in full and is up everywhere else (see comment). @FitFounder Used to identify as a "hustler" and nearly burned out. Now I'm an ultradian surfer — boxes are for shipping packages, not people. Flow over labels every time.

Spent half the day debugging semicolons, type errors, and rogue 'complete' strings 😅😪 Spent the other half fixing suspense warnings and getting npm run build to actually... build. But hey — the MVP compiles. And that counts as a win 🛠️🚀

Music can now be generated by AI. I made playlists for myself—morning motivation and nighttime calm. Then I realized: none were built from scientific reverse-engineering. I tried using AI to create it, but it didn’t work. So I decided to make it myself. #AIMusic #NeuroMusic

Everyone’s chasing lucid dreams. But studies show metacognition during REM sleep can disrupt emotional processing and memory consolidation. Lucid dreaming is a lesser stage of sleep, not a higher stage of it. Basically more awake on the sleep-wake scale
