@StrengthDebates @MorganAgran Not the ideal depth for most. But comp depth for sure. I personally like keeping tension and if I sink lower then parallel, I feel like I lose it. I will train to a 10in box to practice it but not where I feel powerful.

1x20 is garbage For compounds For single joint?? I dig it. Why?? Load isn’t a valid source of stress with single joint. Time however is a great source for stress in single joint movements Focus load for compounds and time for single joint exercises 🤝
