@zeIdaOot @MSFT365Status Oh I can go to live.com and log in that way so I can at least see my mail. Just can’t use the mail app on iPhone or any other Mac

@NickyCowell @MSFT365Status I have the same problem, and it didn‘t even work on web, it‘s not just an ios app issue.

@Gem83Col @Outlook @Microsoft Mine is also down but if you log into Hotmail via your web browser it should work. That’s the only way I can check my emails

@Outlook @Microsoft How much longer until the issue is resolved? I’ve not had access to my emails since yesterday morning. Absolutely ridiculous!!

We’ve confirmed service health has returned to normal and reporting users that have completed the additional steps are able to access Outlook and Hotmail. The #M5 in #Bristol is currently closed in both directions between J18 (#M49) and J19 #GordanoServices due to a @ASPolice led incident. Further updates to follow.
