Hi @TeamStubHub I'm asking for your help with Order #630609597. Back in December, I bought 5 tickets for my family to attend the World Cup Round of 16 match in Philadelphia on July 4. Since then, we've planned an entire family trip around this game and have already purchased flights and hotel reservations. Over the past week, I've been told several different versions of what is happening with my tickets: → June 12: The seller didn't have the tickets and I would receive replacement options. → June 15: The seller was fine and my tickets would arrive soon. → June 16: The seller was unresponsive. → June 17: The tickets would arrive by July 1 because of FIFA restrictions. → June 19: The delivery date moved to July 3, and a manager acknowledged the seller's behavior appeared suspicious, but said nothing could be done until the day of the match. I'm honestly scared we're being forced to wait until the very last minute only to find out the tickets aren't coming. Every day that passes leaves my family with fewer options. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking StubHub to help us before we're out of time. @AP @BusinessInsider @EvanStrothers @ScottFriedman3

Final Update: The saga has finally come to an end. I now have all five tickets in my FIFA account, my family will be sitting together, and we'll be at the match on Saturday. A sincere thank you to the Executive Customer Care team at @TeamStubHub. Once my case reached their team, communication became clear, they stayed engaged throughout the process, and ultimately resolved the situation. One important point: my original seller never delivered the tickets. In the end, @StubHub fulfilled the order through replacement tickets. I'm glad I acted early. Reading so many stories from other fans prompted me to ask questions before the last minute, document every interaction, and seek clarity while there was still time to resolve the situation. Thank you to everyone who amplified the original post, offered advice, or shared their own experiences, especially @ScottFriedman3 and @CMChristina for helping bring visibility to my case. And thank you to everyone who followed along. I'm looking forward to finally enjoying the match with my family.

Update #4: Yesterday I was contacted by an Executive Customer Care Specialist from @TeamStubHub by phone, followed by a detailed email. This has been the clearest communication I've received so far. @StubHub acknowledged the confusion surrounding my order and confirmed two important points in writing: → The seller must transfer my tickets by Wednesday, July 1 at 5:00 PM ET. → If the seller does not deliver by then, StubHub will work to secure replacement tickets for my family at no additional cost. This is a meaningful step forward and provides much more clarity than I had before. Now the focus is on following through. Thank you to industry expert and ticket advocate @ScottFriedman3 and DC Councilmember @chenderson for helping bring attention to my case. @NicolasRMelo @ScottFriedman3 @TeamStubHub Hey Nico - there is a 99.9% chance you are getting a refund from Stubhub, processed in 8-95 business days, and no tickets for this game. If you want to go, I would highly suggest you procure tickets from another site.

@NicolasRMelo @TeamStubHub My experience with StubHub: the replacement tickets were bad. Not even together. I declined. People were relying on me. I bought replacements on another platform (StubHub would not look on other platforms for replacements). Very stressful.

UPDATE on my case with @StubHub. Following the post I shared, @TeamStubHub reached out to help resolve the issue and find new tickets for me and my family to attend the USA game on July 1 at Levi’s Stadium. The team worked diligently to secure replacement tickets, and they were successful. They found a new seller, transferred the three tickets, and I now have them in my FIFA app. Thank you to everyone who helped spread the word. Thank you for all the helpful advice I received, and especially to the person who pointed out that @TeamStubHub had replied in my mentions offering to review my case. Until then, I hadn’t even seen their message. A special thank you to @ScottFriedman3 for staying on top of these ticketing issues. If I hadn’t seen one of his posts, I would never have checked the status of my tickets and discovered that the original seller was unable to deliver them. I would have continued waiting until game day, when there might not have been enough time to fix the problem. Thank you as well to the person who generously dedicated their time, expertise, and advice to help me navigate this situation. You know who you are. My advice to anyone who has purchased tickets through StubHub: stay on top of your order. Don’t wait until the day of the game. Call customer service, speak to a real person, and verify that everything is in order. In my experience, they were very helpful and worked hard to find a solution. Thank you again to everyone who helped make this happen. My family and I are incredibly grateful.

I almost never ask for help, but I’m desperate for this to reach as many people as possible. ❤️‍🔥 Back in November 2025, I bought three tickets on @StubHub for the USA World Cup Knockout Stage match (Round of 32) at Levi’s Stadium on July 1. It was supposed to be a dream family experience. Today, StubHub told me the seller can’t deliver the tickets. There are no replacements available, and they’re only offering a refund; which I haven’t accepted yet because I’m supposed to fly family members from overseas for this once-in-a-lifetime game. These aren’t just tickets. This is a lifetime dream for my family, and I don’t even have the heart to tell them the tickets were cancelled days before we fly. How is this allowed? @StubHub – you have FanProtect Guarantee. Why is my family being left in limbo? We need real solutions, not just a refund. If anyone from StubHub, media, or has influence can help, or if you’ve had similar issues, please share and tag them. We need accountability in ticket resale for big events like the World Cup.

@NicolasRMelo @TeamStubHub I am in the same boat for 3 tickets bought the a game on June 26th and I was told this morning that the “seller had not released the tickets” and StubHub is offering a refund without the service fees…I received the same generic email. Class action coming? @StubHub

My sons are @TeamMessi mega fans and they are 3 hours away from having their World Cup dream turn into a nightmare thanks to @viagogo. We've bought the tickets months ago. We spent $8,000 plus thousands more to get to Dallas. Now we're here. This was a 40th birthday gift, and a gift to both my boys who've never seen Messi play live. We've had technical problems for weeks now trying to get the tickets from the platform. Viagogo support kept assuring us the ticket issue would resolve itself closer to the day. Its in 3.5 hours and still no access to the tickets. Support told us to call back in 2 hours. They offered us a refund if it doesn't work. But that doesn't recoup the thousands we spent on flights and hotels. And it doesn't do anything for my two boys who will be absolutely shattered that they're not seeing the game... not seeing their Hero play in his likely final World Cup tournament. Ive had 3 hours of sleep. My wife has been crying all night. The kids are bearing up, honestly better than we are. But this isnt fair and it isnt right. And Viagogo has turned what should he a dream trip for our family into a nightmare. @fifaworldcup @afaseleccionEN
