Animation is as American as baseball, pioneered in the 1930s and is as old as film itself. It takes immense amount of skill and requires decades to master. What you call “anime” is a subgenre within a subgenre, and by all accounts you haven’t seen enough to be informed about the subject. The Japanese are masters of the medium, keeping the flame lit while American studios moved on to CG trash.
Once again I invite Matt to sit down and watch some quality animation with me. Then, if he still claims he doesn’t like animation, he will simply be lying.

BREAKING: Per multiple federal sources, a semi truck driver arrested yesterday after allegedly running a red light in Hendricks County, IN and crashing into another driver, killing him, is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released at the border in 2018 by the first Trump administration. I'm told he was a minor at the time. While local police have not yet identified him, federal sources tell @FoxNews his name is Singh Sukhdeep, and he received his CDL from the red state of Indiana in May 2025.
