Breaking down Varanasi gangrape case & story as alleged because from what is being claimed, there are glaring loopholes FAMILY OF VICTIM DID NOT CONTACT POLICE FOR 7 DAYS THAT THEIR DAUGHTER WAS MISSING I read the FIR & as per mother of the woman, she was held captive but as stated in FIR itself, she was taken to various cafes, hotels, mall, someone's home, friends home. Not possible if someone's captive She went on bike with some men then got into car of someone How can an entire city not notice a girl allegedly so intoxicated going from one place to the other, eating at a restaurant, sitting at a cafe, entering into hotel for full 7 days ? Normal reaction of any woman in such situation would be to scream, call for help, create a ruckus in a second of gap from alleged perpetrators. But not a whisper of complaint anywhere for 7 days On first day her friend took her to a cafe & raped her. Then next day 3 men took her on a bike & raped her. Then some men took her to a hotel and raped her. These men are not even known to each other in some instances and are strangers. How did they get to know where the girl is? How did they reach her? Why did the parents not make any complaint ? The story doesn't make any sense. However, if even one man raped this woman, he needs to be given harshest punishment. But jailing anyone named without any Investigation or concrete evidence is utter injustice. I request @adgzonevaranasi @varanasipolice @IgRangeVaranasi @Uppolice to thoroughly investigate this case & punish only those who have actually done something wrong
